The laws in force in the Emirate of Fujairah, the United Arab Emirates, govern these TOU in any related controversy, dispute, or conflict arising in relation to the aforementioned matters, regardless of the applicable jurisdiction, whether of the United Arab Emirates or any other jurisdiction.
TL Legal Consultants may also investigate violations of these TOU and assist and facilitate or work with the authorities to prosecute the violations of the TOU.

Any legal action, or proceeding or suit arising out of, or in relation with, this TOU or this Website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. 18. LIMITATION ON TIME TO FILE CLAIMS

Any claim or cause of action you may have arising in relation to or out the TOU or TL legal consultants website or any of its contents and in relation to or with the social media owned by and managed by or on behalf of TL legal consultants, which are integrated, or shared on this website must be commenced within six (6) months after the cause of action accrues, or the damage is discovered; otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred and will not be seized by any court under any jurisdiction.

19. WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY

No waiver by TL LEGAL Consultants of any term or condition set forth in this TOU shall be deemed a continuing waiver or a further waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of TL Legal Consultants to assert a provision or right under these TOU shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
